PRODUCT NAME: CleanSpaceTM Full Face Mask

DESCRIPTION:
The CleanSpace Full Face Mask (PAF-1014) is designed for use with the CleanSpace Ultra (PAF0070) and CleanSpace EX (PAF-0060) PAPRs. It is suitable for heavy, long term work or exposure. The Full Face Mask is positive pressure with a silicone outer visor seal and silicone Orinasal Inner Mask (PAF-1022, PAF-1027) for superior respiratory protection. The Orinasal Inner Mask Small (PAF1022) comes with every CleanSpace Full Face Mask.

The CleanSpace Full Face Mask is compatible with the CleanSpace Ultra and CleanSpace EX power units, the full range of standard CleanSpace Particulate Filters, Combined Gas Filters and pre-filters.

Cleaning, Use & Storage Conditions:
• Cleaning: warm soapy water and soft, lint free cloth or industrial washer
• Do not use solvents, hot water, bleaching or chemical agents
• Use temperature range: -10°C to +45°C (14°F to +113°F) at < 90% relative humidity
• Storage conditions: +10°C to +30°C (+50°F to +86°F) at < 75% relative humidity 
• Store away from direct sunlight, grease, and oil

Applications:
Specifically designed for use with decontamination operations, particularly where showering is required; long term use in areas demanding very high levels of protection; tasks where eye protection is required.

Examples: Mining, Welding, Manufacturing, Smelting, Construction, Recycling Plants, Emergency Service, Agriculture, Processing Plants, Grinding.

The CleanSpace ULTRA (original) and CleanSpace EX with the CleanSpace Full Face Mask (PAF1106 / PAF-1014) are suitable for chemical applications where decontamination showers are used.

Applications for Intrinsically Safe approved sites:
Combustible Flyings and non-conductive dust environment requiring “High” equipment protection Level (Db) and level “ib” ignition protection, where the presence of such dusts is likely to occur (Zone 1).

Limitations:
CleanSpace respirators are PAPRs - air filtering, fan assisted, positive pressure systems and designed to be worn in environments where there is sufficient oxygen to breathe safely. Do not use CleanSpace respirators in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) atmospheres, to protect against gases/vapours that cannot be filtered or in oxygen enriched or deficient atmospheres.

CleanSpace full face masks are not intrinsically safe certified.
